Job Description

A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity is available to provide essential services within a K-12 school setting. This role focuses on supporting students with behavioral needs through direct services, consultation, and comprehensive evaluations. The position is contracted for the current school year and is based in an in-person setting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior support plans (BSPs) tailored to student needs
• Implement data collection and analysis to monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly
• Provide modeling and training for staff, families, and students to promote effective behavior strategies
• Collaborate with educational teams to support students with IEPs and 504 Plans across multiple schools within the district on a weekly basis
• Participate in ongoing consultations to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans and strategies

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
• Experience working within K-12 educational environments preferred
• Proven ability to conduct FBAs and develop effective BSPs
• Strong skills in data analysis and behavior intervention planning
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with educators, families, and students

Location:This position operates in an in-person capacity, serving schools within the district around Swanzey and Hillsborough, New Hampshire.
