Job Description

We have an immediate need for Client Services Representative in our fast-paced call center. Duties and Responsibilities: Receive a high volume of inbound calls Make outbound calls Quickly identify client needs and efficiently provide the best solution Use critical thinking skills to problem solve while using best judgment Effectively summarize and relay information Data entry Work independently Skills/Qualifications: Experience in a high-volume call center Exceptional phone and interpersonal skills Exceptional verbal and written communication Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment Strong time management skills Type a minimum of 45 wpm Ability to sit at a desk majority of shift Proficient in Microsoft Suite Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screen Benefits: 401k with company match Medical, Dental, Vision Life Insurance Paid Vacation Paid Holidays Work Conditions: Use standard office equipment, including computer, phone, copier/scanner, etc Ability to work at a computer for long periods of time Project timelines and deadlines may often require more than 40 hours per week Ability to stand, walk, kneel, stoop, crouch, and climb as well as lift, carry, and/or move up to 25lbs Ability to work in a noisy work environment Pay Range
