Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary credit relationship contact for credit clients, maintaining ongoing relationships.
  • Work with clients to design and execute credit solutions.
  • Lead new credit originations in collaboration with client management, credit risk, and syndications.
  • Advise the CREB portfolio group on post-closing credit actions as needed.
  • Drive operational excellence and influence leaders, peers, and clients.
  • Collaborate with clients from initial assessment through deal structuring, final credit approval, legal negotiations, and closing.
  • Manage credit actions from portfolio monitoring and post-closing activities.
  • Leverage knowledge of BofA products to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in commercial real estate credit/financing.
  • Proficient in financial analysis, structuring, underwriting, and portfolio management.
  • 3+ years in banking or financial lending.
  • Familiar with core banking products and CRE lending regulations.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and technical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in CRE credit/financing.
  • 5+ years in banking or financial lending.
  • Bachelor's Degree.

Hours Per Week: 40

Pay Range: $125,000 - $200,000 annually, based on experience and skills. Discretionary incentive eligible.
