*IMMEDIATE DATA ENTRY/MAIL CLERK, START NEXT WEEK*
*OPPORTUNITY TO WORK WITH ONE OF THE LARGEST LEGAL ORGANIZATIONS IN THE AREA*
*FULL TIME MONDAY - FRIDAY 9AM-6PM*
*BROOKLYN, NY (IN OFFICE, NOT REMOTE)*
*$16.50/HR - OVERTIME RATE: $24.75/HR*
*Qualifications:*


* 2 years of office experience
* Microsoft office proficient
* Type 35 WPM
*Responsibilities:*


* Handles inbound processing and assists with the production of outbound mailing services.
* Sorts and delivers incoming mail by department and/or employee to ensure timely distribution.
* Maintains records of receipt, mailing dates, and other required information.
* Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of info before it is entered.
* Secures information by completing database backups.
* Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
