Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience operating multi-line phone systems, electronic health records/scheduling programs, and insurance verification. Must be eager to learn, dependable, friendly, courteous, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients, manage appointment scheduling, verify insurance, and handle phone inquiries.
