Job Overview We are seeking a Director of Maintenance and Housekeeping (DOMH) to oversee daily operations of the housekeeping and maintenance departments. The role requires leadership to make quick decisions, implement long-term solutions, and ensure a high-quality guest experience. Responsibilities Interact professionally with management, guests, team members, and vendors to address community maintenance issues. Supervise staffing for both departments to maintain grounds, building, and units. Manage department budgets, inventory, reporting, and control costs. Oversee community safety programs and maintain MSDS documentation. Conduct fire drills regularly in compliance with regulations.
