We are seeking an entry-level Accounting Assistant to join a real estate development company in Carlsbad, CA.

This role is open to part-time students currently pursuing a degree in finance or business (minimum 20 hours per week) as well as recent graduates, or full-time (30 hours a week to start). Full-time candidates are also encouraged to apply.

You will support with data entry, scanning, invoicing, and compiling financial documents. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and have strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.

Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
Currently enrolled in a finance or business degree program or a recent graduate preferred
