Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Defence Finance Analyst to provide financial analysis and support to the US Defence Finance and Program teams. This role involves financial planning, forecasting, project profit planning, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, experience working in large industry environments, and familiarity with systems such as SAP or Oracle (HFN).

Key Responsibilitie s

1. Deliver financial analysis for US Defence Finance and Program teams.
2. Develop and maintain Five-Year Plans, in-year forecasts, and analysis of operational opportunities and threats.
3. Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, company and contract requirements.
4. Contribute to control environment and support continuous process improvement.
5. Assist in the development of long-term project and contract profit plans.
6. Provide ad hoc financial support including contract billings, payments, and financial reporting for smaller contracts or special projects.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (must have
2. Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
3. Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).

P referred Qualifications

1. Experience with SAP or Oracle (HFN) systems.
2. Background in large-scale industries or complex contract environments.
3. Ability to work independently and hit the ground running.
4. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
