The Title Boxing Club in East Windsor is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and experienced in GYM/Fitness Management professional to step into the role of General Manager.

General Manager will be responsible for all operations of the Title Boxing Club, including leads and memberships management. General Manager is responsible for providing overall direction, coordination and evaluation of Title Boxing Club's operations including the Front Desk and Housekeeping operations with an emphasis on unbelievable customer service.

General Manager is expected to coach some classes, therefore familiarity with Boxing/Kickboxing routines is required.

General Manager will devise and largely participate in our marketing campaigns through making calls, texts, and emails. General Manager will be also responsible for setting up external events and participating in them. This is a leadership role, therefore, General Manager is expected to have a vision and strategy for the Title Boxing Club's overall goals.

Must have previous GYM/Fitness Facility Management experience . The General Manager is primarily expected to work on-site. However, responsibilities also include traveling short distances to attend outreach events and execute marketing strategies for lead generation.

Responsibilities:

• Properly manage and maintain Club's operational budget and trainers schedules.
• Conceptualize, design, and implement strategies for memberships sales and retention to meet monthly targets.
• Maintaining customer service standards- dealing with enquiries, complaints and emergencies.
• Overseeing the safety and cleanliness of the facilities.
• Ensure that all maintenance issues are reported, coordinate the repair or replacement of defective equipment.
• Promotional activities to increase membership and member satisfaction which include (but not limited to) - conducting market research, managing public relations outreach, and coordinating advertising
• Ensuring that all staff are adequately trained and can fully execute their own duties as well as work as a team, while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Responsible for the weekly inventory process to be completed accurately and on time.
• Work with staff to generate new business and prospect traffic.
• Develop marketing strategies
• Develop and present monthly membership goals, levels of participation, and their corresponding financial impact.

General Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in gym or fitness facility management
• Minimum of 1 Marketing and Sales
• Understanding the Customer, Product Development, Client Relationships
• Creating and Maintaining Operational Processes and Procedures
• Behavioral coaching, Staffing Leadership
• Familiarity with Boxing/Kickboxing or other martial arts disciplines is highly preferred, as the role requires active participation in coaching and leading fitness routines.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and organizational skills with a high attention to detail
• Must be familiar with ClubReady or any other CRM software
• Must be moderately skilled in social media platforms

We will be hiring to start work immediately. Must have prior experience.
