Aquinas Consulting is seeking to fill a HYBRID Helpdesk Analyst job East Hartford, CT. In this role, you will be joining a team of dedicated professionals who provide exceptional service and technical support to their clients.

Helpdesk Analyst Job Responsibilities:

• Provide remote technical support to clients.
• Troubleshoot workstations, servers, network infrastructure, and phone systems.
• Resolve issues via phone or electronic communication.
• Track and manage customer issues while adhering to SLAs and processes.
• Participate in after-hours rotations (3-4 times per year).
• Use ConnectWise for documentation, tracking, and client communication.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the IT industry (3+ years minimum)
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to approach challenges creatively and consider multiple perspectives.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to document tasks thoroughly.
• An individual that excels in collaboration and teamwork.

• Mobility to work in a standard office setting and to sit and stand for a period
• Vision to read printed materials and see a computer screen; and hearing and speech (English Language) to communicate in person and over the telephone.
• Ability to lift and transport equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
