Job Overview:
The HR Generalist will support a broad range of HR functions and act as a trusted resource to both employees and management. This is a great opportunity for a mid-level HR professional seeking a role with meaningful impact and cross-functional exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee relations, coaching, and performance concerns.

• Support recruiting efforts by screening candidates and coordinating interviews.

• Administer benefits enrollment and provide guidance to staff on benefits questions.

• Ensure accurate HRIS data and assist in reporting/metrics.

• Participate in policy development and employee engagement efforts.

• Assist with training, onboarding, and compliance programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

• 2–4 years of generalist HR experience.

• Familiarity with employment laws and HR policies.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Previous healthcare or service industry experience is a plus.
