We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Installation Manager to lead our HVAC installation teams and take the time to ensure every job meets our high standards. Responsibilities:

• Manage the installation of all new HVAC equipment to the highest standards including maintaining code compliance and safety.
• Daily management of 3-5 installation crews by on-site, real time coaching and providing expertise.
• Facilitate weekly meetings by reviewing past and upcoming jobs.
• Seek out and facilitate training and education for installation teams.
• Focus on customer service and delivery of product and services.

Other job duties include:

• Ordering and staging equipment
• Working to maintain low call back percentage on installations
• Managing inventory and cleanliness of installation vehicles
• Permitting
• Managing crew efficiency
• Tracking and reporting profit margins
• Involvement in hiring of new staff

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 5 years of HVAC installation experience
• Prior management experience preferred, but not required
