About Sharpvue:
Sharpvue is a fast-growing mobile AI surveillance company redefining the future of security. Our innovative trailers and tech solutions are used across construction sites, retail lots, events, and more. We’re looking for a sharp, mid-level Help Desk Specialist to help support our internal teams, customers, and partners from our headquarters in Chapin, SC.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage incoming support tickets and provide phone-based and remote troubleshooting to customers, partners, and internal staff.
• Configure and support Sharpvue equipment, including surveillance trailers, cameras, solar systems, and routers.
• Assist partners and resellers with technical onboarding and escalations .
• Use tools like ConnectWise, Nx Witness, Hanwha, and Pepwave to monitor and resolve system issues.
• Provide basic network support (VPNs, LTE failover, port forwarding).
• Work closely with our Technology and Field Operations teams to deliver top-tier support.
• Maintain clear documentation and contribute to our internal knowledge base.
What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years in a technical support or help desk role.
• Confident working with hardware/software troubleshooting and system configuration.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized — you don’t let anything slip through the cracks.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Bonus Points If You Have:
• Experience with surveillance systems or managed IT services.
• Familiarity with ConnectWise, Nx Witness, or similar platforms.
• Certifications in IT or networking (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+).
