Base pay range

$26.00/hr - $38.00/hr

Summary:

Yonex USA specializes in producing technologically advanced sports equipment to enable players, both amateur and professional, to play tennis, badminton, golf, snowboard, and pickleball at a higher level. The IT System Administrator provides technical support and maintenance for the organizations IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to the organization's networks and systems
• Apply technical knowledge to diagnose and solve problems
• Partner with internal teams to identify, research, and address IT-related issues
• Coordinate with systems and network administrators to explain issues and recommend system improvements
• Arrange vendor support for defective software or hardware
• Set up new hire equipment (laptops/desktops) and assign necessary licenses
• Support technology requirements for distribution and supply chain operations
• Manage procurement of IT hardware and software
• Stay informed on current technology trends and innovations
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service capabilities
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Deep understanding of computer/network hardware and software
• Effective time management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Ability to quickly learn various networking and systems technologies

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of four years of relevant experience
• ERP experience required (SAP) ; sx.e preferred
• Preferred: Experience with system integration

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a computer workstation
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
