Join our team as a Physical Therapy Specialist!

Position Type: Perdiem

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the planning, development, organization, implementation, evaluation, and direction of physical therapy programs and activities, ensuring compliance with current regulations and guidelines for long-term care facilities.
• Actively represent our facility and participate in relevant meetings.
• Monitor a caseload of patients to ensure treatment plans are tailored to individual needs, maintaining accurate documentation, discharge dates, and plans.

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state.
• Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language.
• COVID-19 Vaccination required.
• Certification in CPR, ACLS, or BLS.
