Job Details

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Engineer to join our team. In this full-time, on-site role, you will ensure product quality, maintain ISO 9001 standards, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee quality control processes to ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements
• Conduct inspections and functional testing of RFID tags, labels, and related products
• Support ISO 9001 certification through documentation, audits, and compliance activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement corrective/preventive actions
• Analyze data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
• Maintain accurate QA and compliance documentation
• Participate in internal and external audits
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field (recent grads encouraged to apply)
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems (audit/certification experience a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a hands-on, production-driven environment

Schedule:

• Full-time, on-site role
• Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
