Strong in APQP process involved in battery manufacturing from concept to production Standardize processes and validate testing equipment. Lead supplier audits and manage vendor quality. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Track KPIs (yield rates, field returns, defect rates). Prepare compliance documentation for customers and regulatory bodies. Train staff on quality procedures and continuous improvement methods. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Experience in industrial battery manufacturing or energy storage systems. Knowledge of electrochemistry, battery safety standards, and testing protocols. Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in quality tools (FMEA, SPC, Minitab, 8D). Skills Attention to detail and process discipline. Strong documentation and reporting skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Hands-on lab testing and data analysis experience.
