Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven  Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the recruitment process, build and maintain client relationships, and help match high-quality candidates with roles that align with their skills and career goals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for people, and possesses strong sales acumen. Experience with light industrial manufacturing recruitment is highly preferred, and the ability to work on orders ranging from entry-level to executive-level is essential.

Compensation:

  • Starting salary $40,000+ depending on experience 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Source talent through job boards, social media, networking events, and other innovative channels.
  • Recruit for a variety of roles, including light industrial manufacturing positions, as well as entry-level to executive-level roles.
  • Negotiate offers between clients and candidates, ensuring successful placements.
  • Meet or exceed recruitment and placement targets, contributing to bonus and commission opportunities.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and clients using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a staffing or agency environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment and sales targets.
  • Experience recruiting for light industrial manufacturing roles is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of positions, from entry-level to executive-level placements.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with social media recruitment strategies is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
