The Jessey Agency, in partnership with Symmetry Financial Group, offers a unique opportunity to take control of your time, income, and long-term career. We specialize in Mortgage Protection, Final Expense Planning, and Retirement Solutions — with access to Advanced Market products such as Indexed Universal Life, Fixed and Indexed Annuities, and our proprietary Debt-Free Life program, designed to help families eliminate debt in nine years or less.

This is a remote 1099 independent contractor role with uncapped earning potential , flexible hours, and a proven sales system.

Position Overview:

As a Life Insurance Agent, you’ll work directly with individuals who have requested coverage information. Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising clients on coverage options
• Selling life insurance products tailored to their needs
• Managing follow-up and policy administration
• Implementing strategies to grow your personal production

No cold calling or prospecting. All leads are individuals who have actively requested assistance.

Earning Potential:

• Part-Time (15–20 hours/week): $2,500–$5,000+ per month

• Full-Time (35–45 hours/week): $7,000–$12,000+ per month

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in insurance, sales, or customer-facing roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and time management
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Life & Health Insurance license required
