Join our innovative team providing specialized psychological services to students across Michigan's virtual school initiatives. We're seeking an experienced School Psychologist who excels in technology-enhanced mental health and educational environments.

Position Highlights

This remote opportunity offers 35.5 hours per week managing a focused caseload of 49 students spanning grades kindergarten through twelve. You'll work independently while maintaining strong collaborative partnerships with educational teams, families, and community mental health services throughout the state.

Psychological Service Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations using virtual assessment protocols and digital tools
• Provide individual therapy sessions addressing student mental health needs through secure online platforms
• Develop and implement behavioral support plans and positive intervention strategies
• Coordinate with general education teachers to support classroom mental health and behavioral needs
• Facilitate virtual family therapy sessions and parent consultation meetings
• Prepare detailed psychological reports and contribute to educational decision-making processes
• Maintain compliance with professional licensing requirements and continuing education standards

Service Population Specialization

Your caseload will encompass students with learning disabilities requiring psychological assessment, students with emotional behavioral disorders needing therapeutic intervention, and students experiencing crisis situations requiring immediate mental health support. You'll adapt clinical practices for effective online delivery across diverse developmental and cultural needs.

Professional Requirements

• Master's degree in School Psychology from nationally accredited institution with NASP recognition
• Valid Michigan School Psychologist license with current certification status
• Minimum two years of direct experience providing psychological services in educational environments
• Demonstrated expertise in virtual psychological assessment and online therapeutic intervention delivery
• Strong knowledge of special education law, IEP processes, and educational psychology principles
• Excellent clinical judgment, ethical decision-making, and professional boundary maintenance
• Superior technology skills with online assessment platforms and teletherapy applications

Remote Clinical Setup

This position requires expertise in virtual psychological service delivery, digital assessment administration, and online crisis intervention procedures.
