Job Description

A high school is seeking a skilled School Psychologist to support students with a comprehensive caseload from August 21st through mid-December. This contracted position offers an opportunity to provide vital psychological services during the critical first half of the academic year.

Responsibilities:

• Administer psychological assessments and evaluations to support special education eligibility and student interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide counseling and behavioral support to students as necessary
• Conduct observations and assist in developing strategies to improve student academic and social-emotional outcomes
• Maintain documentation and comply with relevant legal and ethical standards

Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist credential or license appropriate for the state
• Experience working with high school students and caseload management
• Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and educational regulations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently within a contracted engagement
