Job Details Type: Full Time Location: Washington, DC Overtime Exempt: No Reports To: ARMADA HQ Security Clearance Required: Active Top Secret Responsibilities Ensure NGA and industrial areas meet all DoD and IC standards for processing, handling, and storing SCI and collateral classified information prior to accreditation as a SCIF or security area. Ensure security projects comply with security governance across physical, industrial, information, and other disciplines, following directives and standards like ICD-705, NISPOM, DoD policies, and IC guidelines. Manage the lifecycle of SCIFs and collateral areas from planning through final disposition. Oversee and audit key and lock, GSA container, and alarm systems in accordance with policies. Coordinate with NGA, DoD, IC, and external offices to safeguard classified information and NGA programs, providing technical expertise in physical security. Handle customer service communications and maintain security software tools and databases. Prepare documentation for accreditation and security processes, and assist in creating security area paperwork. Create and present security briefings and training sessions. Draft and maintain internal policies, SOPs, and training materials. Interpret and enforce security directives and standards. Visit facilities worldwide for inspections and validation of security requirements, producing trip reports. Analyze physical security issues and recommend cost-effective solutions. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma 5 years of experience in physical security Experience conducting Physical SCIF inspections per ICD 705 Experience writing security reports and conducting risk assessments Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Desired Skills Generating security metrics Certifications such as SFPC, PSC, ICD 705 SCIF Course Knowledge of Intrusion Detection Systems and DoD Key and Lock Program Experience in other security disciplines and construction security monitoring Ability to travel up to 25% Additional Information Relocation is not available.
