Were seeking a Senior Consultant within our Change Practice to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact. Youll work alongside other changemakers to elevate brand awareness and engagement through our owned social channels, integrated campaign support, and employee advocacy programs.

Overview

This position assumes responsibility for all aspects of Change Management. Working within our change strategy and framework to deliver outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Use knowledge and effective change management skills to plan and lead work streams with small teams.
• Manage own activities and those of team members to deliver desired business outcomes.
• Focus on quality completion of deliverables.
• Work directly with clients as a visible and engaged member of the team.
• Actively contribute to business development through the identification of new opportunities with existing clients.
• Establish positive relationships with clients and peers that build credibility and support career development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management consulting, advisory, professional services, and/or Big 4 experience.
• Ability to travel to fulfill client requirements and project needs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to uncover new opportunities for account growth and impact.
• Change Management experience within retail, life sciences, or oil and gas preferred.
• Ability to establish credibility, build consensus, and activate collaboration with clients and teammates.
• Track record of working on large, complex engagements, including interfacing with senior-level client executives.
• Excellent interpersonal communication with professional staff and executives.
• Creative problem-solving to design simple solutions for complex challenges.
• Bachelors degree required; masters degree or professional certifications are a plus.
