PCG is looking for an engaging, outgoing, experienced self-starter who will help us grow our education business in the Pacific Northwest. The candidate is expected to become familiar with education leaders as well as the issues that state and local education agencies are grappling with. This candidate will be evaluated on the business opportunities created and the revenue generated from those identified opportunities. The Senior Consultant will manage complex projects and/or produce sophisticated deliverables; they hire, train and supervise staff; work independently with minimal supervision; serve as an internal consultant to other projects or product lines; play a key role in proposals and sales presentations and present at conferences. The Senior Consultant will take a client-centric view and apply a consultative approach to understanding and solving complex problems faced by state and local education agencies. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of state and local strategies that expand PCG's impact and business across the State of Washington and the Pacific Northwest. The Senior Consultant will provide local leadership, partnership, and expertise in supporting state education agency and school district clients in their efforts related to special education, Medicaid reimbursement, data management and use. While a remote role, it is expected that the successful candidate reside within Washington State, have a strong reputation within that state, and be able to travel to client locations as needed to meet with and support clients.
