Pay Range (week gross, includes taxable + stipends): $3476 - $3584

Position Summary:

VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate RAD Tech - Interventional Rad Tech to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 4x10 Days at a leading Hospital in Tarzana, CA. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform interventional radiology procedures including angioplasty, cardiac stent placement, and carotid stenting
• Execute catheter and drain exchanges, central venous access procedures, and PICC line placements
• Conduct chest tube placements, dialysis graft interventions, and embolization procedures
• Perform liver biopsies, nephrostomy procedures, and thoracentesis
• Handle upper and lower extremity angiography and ureteral stent placements
• Manage peripherals and kyphoplasty procedures as required
• Provide care for adult and geriatric patient populations
• Handle daily caseload of typically up to 6 patients
• Take call 1-2 days per week and rotating weekends
• Work 3 out of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Float between all facilities within the state as required
• Complete required modules and training programs pre-start and annually
• Maintain current ARRT R, BLS, Fluoro Permit, and State licensing
• Obtain and maintain LA Fire Card within required timeframes
• Provide 2 supervisory references covering 1 year within last 3 years
• Complete 16 hours of orientation
• Self-report time spent on non-billable training modules
• Use facility-provided communication devices when required for assignment duties

Job Requirements:

• Active, unencumbered license in CA


• Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty


• Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements


• Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)

Other Required Documentation:

• Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)


• Two current clinical references


• State-required professional license


• Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)


• TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)


• Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)


• Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations


• Must pass background check and drug screening
