Role Overview

This remote position encompasses 37.5 hours per week serving approximately 44 students across elementary through high school grade levels. Core Service Duties

• Perform psychological evaluations and write detailed assessment reports for educational planning
• Provide direct counseling services addressing anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma responses
• Implement crisis response protocols and develop safety planning procedures
• Collaborate with special education coordinators, teachers, and related service providers
• Participate in virtual IEP meetings and contribute to educational program development
• Conduct mental health screenings and deliver preventive intervention programs

Essential Qualifications

• Master's degree in School Psychology from accredited program with NASP approval
• Current Michigan School Psychologist license with active status
• Two or more years of experience providing psychological services in educational settings
• Expertise in virtual assessment administration and teletherapy service delivery methods
• Strong background in crisis intervention, suicide prevention, and trauma-informed care approaches
• Proficiency with online assessment platforms, digital therapy tools, and virtual collaboration software
