Position Description - Join the Marketing Department as a creative force, leading the full redesign and rebranding of the company website - from planning and wireframing to launch.
- Use strong graphic design skills to support a wide range of marketing initiatives, including digital content, campaigns, and internal communications.
- Maintain, update, and optimize the website post-launch, ensuring content accuracy, performance, and consistent branding.
- Collaborate with Marketing and IT teams to ensure the website reflects brand strategy, messaging, and business goals.
- Design visually impactful, user-friendly layouts that elevate the user experience and strengthen brand presence.
- Support internal communication efforts with creative visuals, layouts, and branded templates.
- Ensure visual consistency across all marketing channels, platforms, and materials.
- Stay current on design trends, UX best practices, and emerging web technologies to keep the brand fresh and competitive.
Position Requirements - At least 2 years of experience in website design, development coordination, and ongoing site maintenance required.
- At least 2 years using graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) and web design platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar) required.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and mobile-responsive design.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for layout, color, and typography.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable, and team-oriented attitude.
