Growth Marketing Assistant - (Part Time 20 hours/week) ($20/hr)

Overview:

REHQ is a Software Startup in Downtown Lakeland seeking a part-time Growth Marketing Assistant to help us turn our product features, customer wins, and marketing assets into campaigns that drive traffic, book more demos and close more deals . This role blends product marketing , HubSpot lead segmentation & nurturing , marketing calendar management . The focus is on driving pipeline growth through targeted, consistent marketing execution.

*This position requires to be in-office (Downtown Lakeland) at least 50% of hours worked.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and schedule product-focused social media posts that highlight REHQ features, benefits, and customer results.
• Write email campaigns and nurture sequences designed to warm leads and push them towards group and 1:1 demos.
• Repurpose case studies, client testimonials, and internal success metrics into compelling marketing content.
• Collaborate with leadership to brainstorm growth experiments and offers.
• Create Landing Pages through Wix & Canva for Marketing Funnels.
• Segment and tag contacts by persona, industry, and lifecycle stage.
• Clean and maintain database integrity (merge duplicates, fix missing fields).
• Build and manage automated lead nurturing sequences in HubSpot.
• Create and update smart lists for targeted campaigns.
• Track lead engagement and report on campaign performance.
• Maintain a marketing calendar for all email campaigns, feature releases, and social media posts.
• Schedule and lead weekly marketing meetings with leadership to review and approve upcoming content.
• Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with sales priorities and product launches.

Skills & Qualifications

• 12 years of marketing, CRM, or content experience (internships okay).
• Familiarity with HubSpot and/or Monday.com (or willingness to become an expert).
• Be a Self Starter and willing to take initiative
• Strong calendar and project management skills.
• Basic Marketing & Social Media Skills
