Job Requirements for School-Based SLPs:

  • \n\t

    Education and Certification :

    \n\n\t
      \n\t\t
    • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology\n\t\t
    • Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure\n\t
    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Core Responsibilities :

    \n\n\t
      \n\t\t
    • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication disorders\n\t\t
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans\n\t\t
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel\n\t\t
    • Document progress and maintain detailed reports\n\t
    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills\n\t\t
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team\n\t\t
